Keystone Homes’ President Carol Gradziel has been working in the building industry for over thirty years. A hands on owner/manager, she uses her organizational skills and expertise in production techniques to communicate effectively with subcontractors and vendors to insure that the project is completed on time and within budget. She strives to build the best quality product at the most prudent price.

Carol brings an attitude of honesty and integrity to all aspects of her business, with the goal of having the building process be a rewarding experience for all involved parties. All jobs are personally supervised by Carol, with daily trips to each project and contact with clients and subcontractors being part of her routine. Your new home, whether built to your specifications, purchased after completion, or renovated to your needs, will benefit from this attention to detail and be constructed to the highest standards.

Carol Gradziel

Carol is a 20+ year member of the Greater Houston Builders Association, the Texas Association of Builders and the National Association of Home Builders. A Graduate Master Builder (GMB) as well as a Certified Green Professional (CGP), she earned these professional designations through continuing education and professional experience. Carol maintains membership and activities in several community organizations. An avid runner, cyclist and triathlete, Carol belongs to the Houston Area Road Runners Association and has served on the planning committee for the Bayou City Classic 10K for over 10 years. An active member of the West University Rotary Club for 15 years, she currently serves on its board. She has a longstanding relationship with the Weekley Family YMCA, having served on the board for over 5 years and participates weekly as a volunteer at their Outreach Centers.
